Here's hoping it won't be a problem again. So apart from reinstalling every application, I'm glad my Bluetooth is working properly. I cannot send or receive files via bluetooth using my own Hard Disk Drive.but if I change the hard drive and use my friends hard drive ( WHICH IS THE SAME AS MINE BECAUSE WE BOTH USE SAME DESIGN OF LAPTOP 'COMPAQ PRESARIO V3000) the bluetooth icon automatically comes up and I can send and receive files.

Reseating the card worked, and I'm hoping that was just the problem with it. As I'm writing this, the Bluetooth is working without a hitch.

Lo and behold, the Bluetooth icon was back! Drivers installed normally, so installed the official drivers from Dell. As described at HP site, HP 15-DW3033DX is 15.
